ISO 9.001
Norm of quality established by the International Standardisation Organisation (ISO). It includes the standards and guidelines related to management systems and specific tools such as audit methods and processes to verify that the management systems fulfil the standard. It also includes the quality systems requirements to fulfil internal confidence, contractual matters or other things concerning the certification.
British Retail Consortium (BRC)
This norm was developed to help the distribution companies with their own products to guarantee the fulfilment of the legal requirements of these products and to assure the highest protection level for their clients and consumers.

ISO 14.001
It covers all aspecs of the management of an organization concerning its environmental responsibilities. It helps to improve its environmental behaviour and the economic benefit opportunities. It provides a set of standards based on procedures and guidelines that help the company to construct and maintain an environmental management system.
EMAS
The European Union establishes this system that allows the companies to participate, in a voluntary way, in the evaluation and improvement of their environmental behaviour and to share the corresponding information with the public.
